Browse your phone u will fine call baring but u will be blocking all your othe people numbers * +

call barring is a network service and they wont do it unless of course, you dont pay your bills, then it will be done automatically * +

With my phone (nokia 3220), i can tell it to use certain ring tones when specified numbers call. So, program yr phone to use a silent tone when that number calls u. If yr phone doesnt have a preprogrammed silent ringtone, u should be able to record one specially * +
