Its a once-off admin fee to port ur numba over to any network u wish. This can be done from 10 November. Statistics show that Cell C wil B losin the most frm MNP, so dont ask me Y they'r so excited! I think da ppl on Cell C r only there cuz they dnt wana change their no's... * +

It means if you have a vodacom as your network and you wan2 be on virgin or cell c then you can keep your number but change networks * +
