I recently picked up a moto c650. It workd 4 a while but now it doesnt get any reception n it says 'unregistered sim.' is der ny way 2 get it rite again? Thanx in advance * +

Ah krap,another post was still in reply box pmsl. Zero reception could well be due to two things.. Either aerial is shugged or it wont set up coz network doesnt recognise ur sim, hence zero reception. Get in touch with ur network cvstomer service * +

ur fone doesnt support da network ur using.its locked on a specific network.take it 2 a cellfone shop 2 get it unblocked * +

ya i gues it was blacklisted! any way i can mayb remove it from der? * I tried a MTN, Cell C and Vodacom sim card, none of dem worked so it isnt network-blocked... * +

Maybe I'm under the wrong impression, but I think when they blacklist you, they don't blacklist the SIM card, they blacklist the phone itself by blocking the IMEI number. I think you're pretty much screwed. Sorry :-) * +

it does sound like it has been blacklisted, and yes they only block the phone. There is only one way to get the blacklist removed and that is by handing it in to the police as lost and found then if no one claims it you can get it back with proof thet no one claimed it, then you will have to find out which network it was from. Its a lot of hassle and they wont always remove the IMEI block * +
