Another way payandgo customers get rubbish service from o2.. Upgrades.. Inquired in o2 shop last week having been a customer for 5 years topping up 20 or 30 a month.. They work out your upgrade discount on average of what you topped up in the LAST 3 months.. Dont matter how long or how much you spent they told me i get 20 quid off a handset or if i buy a phone 50 quid call time added... * +

.. My mates been a customer for 6 or 7 years but on an original genie contract gets 600 texts and free evening calls and unlimited gsm wap for 10 quid a month YET he can have a nokia 6280 for 20 quid grr hows that fair * +

3months ago o2 rang me, offered me a free phone as upgrade or 50quid credit. Took the phone, they screwed up delivery, and finally ended up with both! Then they demanded i pay back the credit, told them to get stuffed, they credited my account in error. * +
