yeah course they can, why dnt u just write ur service provider, stating that u sold da fone 2 so and so 4 such a price and gt that person 2 sign? * +

They can trace within 300m. But if you sold the phone, nothing to do with you. * +

Voda aint allowed to give out such info without a court order, and even if you co got one, voda still asks a s**tload of money to trace a phone, which is why the police dont bother trying to find stolen phones. Worst that could happen is that the phone will be blacklisted * +
