Yes its true. 3G services are soon coming to Pakistan. Total telecom, a subsidiary of Arfeen group bought instaphone a couple of months back. Instaphone's network was based on TDMA, which is an old tech. Now, total telecom has upgraded the network and they're launching CDMA based third generation (3G) mobile services in Pakistan for the first time. Their 3G services will be launched in 2 to 4 months InshAllah. *
