I thought that being a customer on their special premier tariffs we get a special dedicated customer service team and that every call is answered within 5mins. I have been on hold for 19mins counting and frankly im getting pisd off. I would check my outstanding wap charges online but their stupid site is also down. Wait till i get through the person who gets me is gonna wish they never decided to *

Work in the customer service field. This is really annoying the hold music is even cr*p i have listened to the current song 2times already. Has anyone rang orange lately and if so how long did they take to answer... *

rang up a couple of days ago, first waited about 5mins, hung up cos the music stopped lol rang second time and got through within a couple of mins, *
