It's a wap lock and is activated by entering 3 times. After that, your phone cannot be used for wap. Don't know the code to unlock it. Be careful what you input on your phone. * +

@dj no one gave it to me i just tried it and i got that message. Guess i was lucky. @jimbo iv tried it more than 10 times and there is no change to my wap or anythin else. I only want to know what this service is.
