dnt no how much that is but u can get a basic java s40 3g phone or go for s60 nething 6630 up is good . .3g is quite fast 48 kbps on average. * +

Or wifi phones like n80 get speeds around 200 to 300kbps but there quite expensive nd u need wifi connection * +
