Some of the indian networks are blocked on here to due previous trouble with users flooding the forum and chat rooms so the ips of those networks now cant signup. Your friend will have to get someone else to sign up or use a pc to access prodigits * +

Also 100.1.200.99 is blocked.Airtel users can sign-up only using Mobile Office. * +
