how long is left on your contract? Also is it too much of a problem for you to get yourself a cheap second hand phone to put the sim in so at least you can use what you're paying for? Shame you didn't take out insurance on the phone. * +

did you report your loss to the police? You need to so that you can get a case or crime number or something like that from them before you can claim on the insurance. Still, o2 should've sent you a replacement sim if you requested it. If you're not happy then phone cc and make a complaint. * +

yep reported it the day it woz stolen gt a crime number. They told me they wudnt replace it coz i woznt mugged or there woznt a brake in of entry! Ow cheeky * +
