I've got a sharp phone. Got bluetooth dongle t use wit laptop. But the two don't work. They read each over but can't access phone from laptop. Only able t send business card. Please help * +

Where do i put the code 0000 at? in the directions 2 my wireless earpiece it says 2 find the device then enter the code. But my phone says i dont have a device. * +
