if you're sending by mms then your limit is 100kb, you'll have to send via email to people outside of bluetooth or infrared range * +

Get x-xplore or Fexplorer installed in your phone, preferablely at drive C: so dat even if you change memory cards, it will still be possible for you to send your mp3 files * +
