my gprs hasnt been working 4 the past 3 days.i was told there was a problem with motorolas n that it wud b fixed in a few hours.that was yesterday morning.2day i tried calling customer services n was on hold 4 2 n a half hours b4 i gave up.ridiculous! wat i need 2 know is how do or ne1 else go about lodging a complaint with the powers that b.ne help wud b appreciated.ta * +

i agree with bamba and soffresh on free gprs. And mtn customer care suks! I changed 2 voda just because c.service is gud. All network c.service consultants r idiots! I suggest every1 joins voda. Reliability and satisfaction guaranteed.

Open ur eyes mtn is da best! I know customer care suck if u get through its like u winning the lotto unlikley 2 get through! Gprs works! My mtn contract (808) answers with in 5 min! * +
