The worst mobile customer service is got 2b vodafone i rang yesterday i was on the fone 4an hour spoke 2 10 different advisors 1 of them who claims to be the manager got very abusive towards me n told me to take my fone to the vodafone shop 4assistance. ne1 else had a bad experience with vodafone advisors? * +

I think they can all be bad at times. I don't think they get many calls telling them how good they are. Poor morale - poor service. * +

I rang orange for email settings needed a code to delete profiles she said only one guy knew she kept me on the phone 2hrs then her shift ended so she said she'd ring me in 2 days she rang back still hadn't got it so i taught her it * +

Al the customer care executives are folish. They just speak what they have remembered line by line. Even if ask a simple question thats diferent they would fail to answer n tel u to wait n b on line. * +

But i tell ya the customer care people of private companies in india are very polite (male or female, especially the girls) and they wont scream even if you abuse them. Very polite indeed. They just tell you: sir please keep the phone down. The same does not apply for the government customer care people. They are just like people described above. * +

its certainly not vodafone, million percent sure its 3 network, its advisors and its customer service staff. * +
