If it is asking for PUK(Pin Unlockin Kode) ,u've blocked ur SIM by entering wrong PIN code.Call ur Customer care.They'll ask ur SIM no which is printed on the SIM's back and will tell the PUK code * +

If you have put the wrong PIN or PIN2 in too many times (you have 3 tries usually), your sim card locks itself until you enter the correct PUK (personal unlocking key) code.... If you enter the wrong PUK code too many times (10 tries maximum i think), then your sim card is permanently locked and there is nothing that can be done.... If u enter the puck code wrongly 2 many tyms ur sim gets corrupted and u can throw it away * +

They are all blahblahblah, see! get ur sim kit ie purchase package read all and find ur puk number then dial **05* and ur blocked phone will request for the puk number * +

Yeah that happens coz u enter code wrongly for more than usually 3 times The sadest part is some networks charge for giving out their code * +
