hi when i turn on my d500i get a message saying enter password and i enter 00000000 bcoz that is wat i fort the code was but then i get a message saying 'phone freezed'. can somone tell me what i have to do get the password off as i cant use the phone.thanks in advance *

try postin in the samsung forum but sounds to me like you've blocked it somehow and may need to call customer service for help. *
