i got my bill 2day,im ment to hav free i-mode til end of march but cpw are charging me 300 quid,and ive got 75 quid call limit!tried 2 ring them but no joy!any1 else had this problem who can advise me? * +

if it says in your contract you have it free till march then there in breach of contract surely so i would worry about it ot much mate * +

it doesnt,it was in the cpw booklet at xmas.rang o2 and they say it was only i-mail and mms that was free not the browsing!prob is i havnt got the booklet 2 prove it!deceitful s*h*teheads! * +

They extended the browsing to end of march and imail and mms to sometime in june. Have a look at the o2 website as says there for defo * +

I'll guess its fair usage policy.. probably only free up to 5mg.. well, pay and go you get 'free' browsing for a month but only up to 5mg.. so if ya use that in your first day, then thats ya lot * +

if it says free browsing and downloading til 31st march then tht is what it should be!been thru the terms and conditions,it says nothin bout fair usage on contract,only pay n go which is 5mb/month! * +
