r u on O2? cos wen 4 used 2 b on O2 it used 2 say it sumtimes, i'm not entirely sure wot it means, but it used 2 say it sumtimes if the network was down *

Yes it means that there is a network problem. Normally only temporarily. After a couple of tries u should be able to go back on wap unless there is major repairs going on. *
