If it's a ccd sensor it might be worth a look. If it's cmos, they don't improve beyond 1.5 megapixel unless beefed up by interpolation using an editor. * +

Nope, just another idiot talking trash. Megapixels mean nothing unless you want big prints. The lens type is far more important in terms of quality. * +

Pixel count and lens quality are both important issues. And they only really matter if yr printing out. As most ppl i know view their pix on the phone display or a pc monitor, 1 megapixel and a cr*ppy plastic lens are fine * +
