Ok, I connect my d410 to my pc via cable. Now I want to send a fax. I type my stuff, and I use the inbuilt win2k fax proggie, all seems well when i click send, but it don't do anything. It seems as there is no communication between pc and phone. Voda have activated fax facilites on my phone, What gives? * +

Is your phone set up as the default modem for your pc? There's a large topic on this right here. * +

Yes it is.... Its the only modem I use...... UPDATE - there is communicatio between pc and mobile, I get a TRANSMISSION ERROR on the fax pop dialog thing. My phone ' lights up ' when I click on send.... but thats it * +

Maybe, but you still need a modem to send a fax from your pc. Same thing. * +
