first up use the plus sign as thats your space button on here, next up whats the exact problem? can you go into your connectivity setting and activate your bluetooth and infra red and it doesn't work or what? * +

have you tried restoring your factory settings, maybe somethings been knocked out, be warned though this will clear some of your data so make sure you've got stuff backed up, failing that try a format or may need to get your phone flashed * +
