If he can still use gprs and sms it aint blocked. When u say he spent money on it, u mean getting it fixed? Cos repairs should be guaranteed. But it sounds like he stole the phone, theft by finding, and theft is wrong, thieves never prosper etc. Maybe he should just buy himself a phone? *
