I had credit vanish once. They gave it back to me and gave me a text extra as an apology. A pain in the ass, for sure, but not thievery. And ive always found orange customer care to be very good about calling me back too * +

They didnt call me back so I called and put my angry voice on and used long words. It worked but if it happens again i'm writing to head of customer services. Kept his name etc * +
