There is no such thing as free internet. Although there is loads of free information on the internet, the connection service is not free and probably never will be... Some countries don't pay for local calls, thus you only pay your subscription. I pay R2/meg in South africa using VLive. I browse using my cell, and download with my landline. * +

Just set the APN on your PC to vlive, then it will be free on your PC if it is free on your fone!! Also u will need to use the proxies!! * +
