if it starts after installing drivers or apps trick is to restart after every driver or app install to did the culprit then dont use it and do a restore to before the problem * +

I wiped the entire drive clean. then formatted it as a single drive. reinstalled windows 7 on it and I have restarted it quite a number of times and so far no issues. so I think whatever the issue was its gone. all is well now. I am still looking for a backup software that can image the entire drive and restore it back. thanks for the help but so far things look good. doing last app install. avira av. one can't be too careful these days. *
