Can u take out the core i 3 chip and put it in a better bigger mb?Can anyone plz tell me step by step the defference..like the prosessor..3.30 excample..thats ur???.....that fan u put on the mb..then...the chip????...its only the prossesor u put thermalpaste...Sorry 4 asking but i only need a bigger mb so i dnt wnt 2 waist money if i can only fit the same stuff on the new one.. *

Assuming it's a desktop here, If you have the right board with the right socket compatibility, yes you can take out the CPU. It's very easy as long as you are slow and careful. Get some rubbing alcohol to wipe the old thermal paste off and then reapply some good new stuff before you fit the cooler on top to a new board.

Google how to do it. You don't want too much thermal paste, the less you can get away with the better. A very tiny amount is usually good enough, like smaller than a BB pellet *
