You may go for Acer Aspire 4743Z - 4861, its decent . Its is ;~ Intel pentium P6200, 2.13 GHz, 14.0 HD LED LCD, 4 GB DDR3 memory, you can google it out to get more details of it. * +

Laptop is as good as it's least component. Go for the one which has better GPU in your price range. cuz you can upgrade everything but gpu. the only laptops with upgradable gpu are gaming laptops with mxm slots for gpu. * +
