They can be coded to gather information, data, and respond like wise. But the condition based instructions sets have to be already provided. * +

I saw on the news the other day that they are or have developed a self controlled frontline war robot! At least with drones there is somebody controlling it,but these new bots identify and shoot targets themselves!!! * +
