Hello need help building a portable pc ,first time doing this so need some advice as I'm not sure which mobo to get to go with the case .......I've got the following.
Psu: corsair vs550w
Ram: 2x 4gb patriot 1600
Hdd/ssd: seagate 500Gb and sandisk 64Gb ssd
And a Asus odd, I haven't decided as to which cpu I must get as I'm not sure what mobo will fit in my case. The case which I ordered is the cm elite 130 mini itx case ,just wondering will a asrock h87m mobo fit in that case or shud I get something else oh gona use the system for nothing but gaming thanx... * +

The Asrock H87M Motherboard lists as a mini atx motherboard, so you would be better off looking for a mini itx motherboard. Though the dimensions are similar, external hardware interfaces like i/o ports and USB ports may not match up. * +

Decide what brand of graphics card you are going to put in there first,if u want a intel gpu then get a intel mobo and CPU,i5 is all u need,or all amd if you want that,get the mobo and cpu first,then install the hdd's and cpu cooler ect, then measure what space you have left then buy a gpu that will fit that space and does not exceed the 550w psu,u may have to change the psu if u want a high end gpu and CPU * +

What are you going to use the build for? I have put together a amd apu micro atx system preety cheap,As you already have a psu /ram and hard disks you are halfway there . Im really supprised at the performance of the A10 6800 * +

Gpu doesn't matter I see it takes max 13.5 inch gpu ,I'm using it for gaming will be installing a gtx 770 in there ,tried to get info on the case itself but can't find much it does fit all my components tho ,shud be getting the case by tomorows just the mobo part that's got me confused
