Like I said before, the best way to increase performance is to upgrade your PC. First increase your RAM, then the hard drive, then video card. CPU is the last thing you should upgrade, and only then if you have the expertise. Sometimes it is easier for somebody to just buy a new PC. BTW, Razer has been out there for quite a while, maybe ASO is full of cr*p? * +

Also, never grade a performance utility by how many driver upgrades it suggests. That is your responsibility, not a utilities. Razer Game Booster works just fine when you have no internet connection. I know that because I use it on my laptop. * +

Here's my view on the feature of ASO..
Game Optimizer. This isn't needed. It will give you 1 maybe 2 extra frames per second.
Driver Updater. I just check every now and again for new drivers.
System Protector. Not needed, your AV software and browser plugins will take care of this.
PC Fixer. Usually more trouble than what they are worth. Every setting can be changed by you anyway, the only thing this does is puts all the settings in one place.
Disk Optimizer. Not needed for Windows Vista or above
Undelete. How many times have you used this?
Registry Cleaner, Registry Optimizer and System Cleaner. Use CCleaner instead.
Disk Explorer. SequoiaView
Uninstall Manager. Revo Uninstaller
Secure Delete. There are other free programs available if you really need this
Disk Tools. You can do all this stuff manually. How often do you use it?
Startup Manager. Same as above, use msconfig
Privacy Protector, Secure Encryptor, System and Security Advisor, Duplicate Files Remover, Memory Optimizer.. Are these really needed? * +

Yep, there is an open source utility for just about all the features that ASO has. *
