So i'm trying out this website thing, looking into valuable domain name ownership or getting expired domains and putting up new sites on them to flip or grow the site etc. I'm sort of a newbie although i know quite a bit already, but I need a friend or friends that are quite savvy with these sort of things who might already be successful with doing it so we can collaborate, give each other advice e and possible form a partnership and make money together online doing it. Any tech savvy ppl, would love to add you to other places like skype or other messenger where we could more etc. *

get real, what bussines can you make from expired domain ?
first get idea for good domain name... most of them are taken already..
then hence domain name create proper page and content,
thne wait for the next 3 years, and see how many unique visitors per day you get,
10.000 unique visitors per day, means you can earn some money,
but surely you aint gonna get rich from that

Yes, expired domains. That's where the goldmind is actually, but it's more of a process of finding the gems among the rocks, if one doesn't really understand the process or the logic behind it, then it's not going to seem worth wild but it's actually a very lucrative business which many domainers are involed in world wild so it's quite a popular method. I just dont feel that much comfortable going about things myself as i'm not an expert and want to find persons who are knowledgeable in these fields :D
I can't be bothered with getting a domain name from scratch. That takes too much time, effort and money for it to become something of value. There are quicker and smarter ways if we dont need a specific domain name and can make do with one that has been out there already, which all the work has already been done on and is about to expire for whatever reason, so its an opportunity to grab it and keep it going. *
