When i turn my laptop go to log in and this comes up the user profile service service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded. It was working ok b4 this i shut laptop down went to go on it few hours later and cant log on *

Boot into safe mode by repeatedly tapping 'F8' after the POST screen but before Windows actually starts to load. Select safe mode with networking. Then you will need to view these links and follow the instructions precisely.
