No I haven't overclocked it at all., the loud noise was from speakers. Was playin crysis 3 and screen froze and got that loud noise out of my speakers and then the bsod. * +

You should be able to get more information from Event Viewer and from the created mini dumps. There is an app that someone once pointed out here that can analyse mini dumps and tell you what the most likely problem is. I can't help any further but a bit of Googling for 'Event Viewer' and 'mini dump analyser' should put you in the right direction
