I have been using my HP laptop battery ever since with no problem, it stays for about 6hrs - 8hrs on full charge, just yesterday at 30 my laptop tripped off with the battery temp a bit high and it refuses to charge above 28, pls help ? *

One of the Li ion cells might be damaged. If you're laptop is under warranty you can get it replaced. Have you checked its wear level? *
