at idel it shows 42-45c ... wen playn games it goes to 56-69c ... anyways to get the temp down without installn new cooler.. i have a stock cooler also i see the cpu some time runng at 4168mhz... is it overclocked??? or is it normal???? an will underclockn decrease the temp? * +

The stock cooler is junk .Even a cheap 20 pound cooler will reduce your temps dramaticly . * +

The cpu running at 4168mhz is the turbo core kicking in when your under load . * +

Look for a liquid CPU cooler, like a corsair h80i or something that will fit ur mobo * +

Nah dont bother with those closed loop coolers they are no better than a hi end air cooler ,preety pointless really * +

i would prefer air cooler... wich one is good... coz i play mostly cod black ops 2, sims 3, farcry3 ... cnt play for more dan 45 min goes to 60-69c ... so any cooler dat would keep it below 40-50c for more dan a hr would b great... * +
