How do i sign up for it? It refuse to accept my local credit cards and cant even buy the gift vouchers. Need US valid address and bank to register for a prepaid US based credit card. Any other way out? *

A virtual credit card might work but what if you need to use a US IP address to view content? That would mean you would need a VPN too. It would be much easier to just download what you want from 'other' sources ;) *

I already got a us vpn, yep download is easier but to discover download, download them and convert it for my device is harsh. *
