Download the Instant Flash file, extract the file contained inside the .zip file and move the file named '970EX2.30' to a flash drive. Reboot your computer and enter the BIOS, navigate to Asrock Instant Flash in the BIOS and select it, click enter at OK, select the file on the flashdrive and select OK to flash. Do not turn off your computer until it is finished and tells you to restart. * +
