ive done a windows update and then restarted my lenovo laptop but now i only get the boot manager screen that says i must reinstall windows 7 with my disc because there is drivers missing or corrupted. any help will be appreciated * +

there was no interruption and I don't have a windows 7 disc. is there any other way because my laptop don't pick up discs anymore plz. * +

Press F8 repeatedly at boot and choose Repair your computer. If that doesn't work then IF your laptop supports booting from USB, then use this: http://rufus.akeo.ie/ to create a bootable USB flash drive and repair Windows from it. Otherwise buy a new internal DVD drive. * +
