Yes it is dead. But you should have already been prepared to accept that there was a good chance it wouldn't work. A heat gun would have given you a much better chance of it working, as you can control the amount of heat and where it is directed. * +

Lol.. I think i'm gonna look for new mobo or laptop machine with broken lcd, because it will be really cheap just like buying new mobo. I should have listened to you guys. Thanks guys for all your help. * +

ouch its dead! 17 mins! how do u know it didn't reach 200 degrees?

I experiment with water in a small can inside the oven when pre-heating the oven. It did show small bubles inside the can, so i thought it already reached at least 100 degree C. d*mn it! *
