Done the google searchs and tried all the suggestions but still.... If i remove all tasks then no error, but only until another task is created. *

i guess in this situation i would use the process monitor to see what keys the scheduler is trying to access in registry and look for anything unusual. if you find some related paths it could be worth to check the surrounding keys for any invalid values that could cause problems. besides that, i dont know what else. the zero in the msg box likely means the task cannot be read and the problem could be registry corruption or a virus attack. *
