I can't get it to go any higher than 400 watts from the wall. * +

My PSU is 80-90pc efficient, so that means my PC is using somewhere between 320-360 watts under full load * +

Considering that he's looking at the GeForce GT210, I'm thinking even a Radeon 5670 would be AWESOME to him
