Probably normal. Download Realtemp and see how hot the CPU is. GPUZ for the gpu. Don't block the vents on the bottom of the lappy. * +

The air from the vent on my Vaio wasn't far off burning your hand when it was under full load.. It was very uncomfortable to leave your hand there. i7 and GT 425m. Under normal use it was just warm. * +
