Im not that clued up on PCs but on my Windows XP pc last night it crashed and i keep getting the Disk boot failure, Insert system disk and press enter. Well there is no disk in the processor so what do i do? Ive pressed Ctrl Alt Del and it takes me to boot menu but what do i do then? All help appreciated. *

On the Award BIOS set up facility it says Removeable Device Legacy Floppy and lower down Boot Up Floppy Seek which is disabled . Do i eneble it? *

It's asking u for the xp installation/recovery disk,without that u can't repair the xp boot menu,don't change any boot sequences because xp will only be on the drive which has failed,if it's a really old harddrive it's worth replacing it,u should be able to recover data on the old harddrive if u need to, u can either search around the net or shops for a copy of xp with a valid genuine xp key or treat urself to w7 *
