ASUS VS239H-P, it's 23 inches but only 180 USD so, about 114 pounds. Its 1080p * +

all the 24+ inch IPS monitors, that are any good, are over 100 pounds more. I dont see paying twice the price for an inch more of screen * +

or ASUS ML239H, both are 23 inch and around the same price tag. I have lots of experience with ASUS monitors, never had a problem with anything. Highly recommend ASUS * +
