not all ppl are overclockers and the majority dont want to or even know what oc means. the performance boost isnt really worth the risk of damaging your cpu. the 3450 will still be a great cpu even without the oc. oc is for enthusiasts. * +

its pretty decent, check the price of a 7770 (slightly slower but much much cheaper ) and a 7850 (slightly more expensive but much much faster) ... apparently *
