My pc always freezes, even it is fresh install win7. When i plug psp via usb, psp will notify that low power from usb. Is it possible that my psu is the problem? Pls help. * +

I have 2gig ram, 80gig hdd, all fans are working. I reformat it bcoz it always hang, keyboard and mouse not functioning but you can see that red light blinking. * +

I dont know, keyboard and mouse connected via usb, i have also external hdd, bluetooth and extra usb connector and webcam connected also in usb. * +
