Guys I got upgrade key from a certain site to upgrade my windows7 starter to ultimate, I followed the basic steps and the key got accepted but it started upgrading as soon as it reaches 99 it tells me that upgrading has failed,I tried many times but it does the same. Could you please help how to do it successfully * +

If its a genuine upgrade then call ms, if it's a illegal copy then tough luck * +

Phone the Microsoft technical help line,are u upgrading by using the Microsoft anytime upgrade tool? * +

If u legally purchased it from a reputable website and it's a genuine microsoft product then phone them for help and assistance or look on their web site,but if it's a hacked copy from a dodgy site then i wouldn't phone them lol * +

Download win 7 ultimate iso file from microsoft.com . Burn it on a disc. Start the installation from disk and select upgrade and insert the key when asked * +
