there is an exploit at the moment to hijack av's. Uninstal it get the latest malware bytes or hitman pro or run MRT..rescan. clear. Update windows Reinstall your av! * +

i used avira thn avg! but both showed same problem! can it be bcoz of OS? my os is nt genuine! * +

buy a genuene windows. and you cant be using more than one antivirus * +

format the sytem making sure you delet and recreate any partitions you remove. make sure you do it from a cold boot, in that you turn the pc off completley so there no power in it. for at least 5 mins (let any residual current fade) 1s done it should be clean and ready for a new legit o.s. * +
