Hi Peepz, I need to get into the Bootloader on Windows Xp to delete an entry, i have my Aunts Netbook n it has Win Xp Home Edition on, it had a few viruses picked up by malwarebytes so i decided to do a clean wipe n install professional, that's now installed with all drivers n working 100 percent Ok.. problem is when the Netook restarts it asks which Os i would like to boot Win Xp Pro or Win Xp Home * +

I dunno why it asks since i deleted all the hard drives and partitions, what i'd like to know is can i access the bootloader with CMD or do i need 3rd Party Software * +

open start type msconfig open it and you can edit boot options from there but only edit the boot.ini * +

As above, or you can use EasyBCD. * +

Bootloader is on the drive before the partitions or some s**t... Or was it on the BIOS? In any case formatting a partition doesn't change it unless the thing formatting is also set to remove the bootloader entries. * +
